Shipping and Order Information

All of the items in the shop are made to order, unless otherwise noted. Orders are made within 5 to 7 business days and will ship shortly thereafter. If you need an item sooner, please contact me prior to ordering and we can discuss rush options.

Shipping: Postage rates are a flat $10 per order in the United States. Canadian orders ship for a flat $15 rate. We ship most orders via USPS. You will receive an email upon fulfillment and shipment of your order with tracking information.

International Orders: Please contact me if you are outside of North America. I’m happy to calculate shipping based on the items you are interested in and your location.

NC Sales Tax: If you are local to North Carolina we charge 4.75% state sales tax (Yancey county orders will be charged 6.75% sales tax).

Refunds: In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately upon receipt of your order and we can discuss further.

Local Pickup: Located in Western North Carolina? Local pick up is available!
