These grill tongs are forged in a coal forge in my shop in N.C. The steel is reclaimed material, yet through the forging process, I am able to bring new life into rusted scrap. The tongs measure about 18” long, but as each piece is forged individually and to order the size will vary slightly. The tongs are sized to hold anything 2.75” or smaller which can handle almost any object you’ll be preparing on the grill. This product has been tested rigorously to provide a strong and sturdy product that still has ease in the spring. Despite the rigid carbon steel structure, the spring is designed to only need the slightest amount of pressure to control.
